We offer flat-rate pricing no matter what service you choose, though we reserve the right to adjust the price for fairness if your job is larger or not in the condition as described at time of booking.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. A hold of funds equal to the total amount of your service fee will be placed on your card at 6am on the day of your service. However, you will not be charged until the evening of your completed service. We will make every effort to contact you however we reserve the right to cancel any booking which fails to complete a security hold on your funds.
We never store your card details, ever, nor do any employees or agents have access to card numbers. Online payments are passed via a secure socket layer to a payment processor Stripe where your information is tokenised (whereby a random number is generated to represent your payment). The payment processor is PCI compliant which ensures that your information is being handled in accordance with industry security standards.
