Booking an NDIS Service

How to book a service as a self managed participant or plan manager

Clean4you, as a registered NDIS service provider, is pleased to offer a range of services to NDIS participants, including Cleaning, Laundry, and Lawn Services. We understand the importance of convenience and simplicity when it comes to booking a service, which is why we have a dedicated NDIS service coordinator and user-friendly online forms.

To initiate the process, there are two easy ways to get started:

  1. Submit your enquiry through the online NDIS enquiry form, and a dedicated Clean4you NDIS service coordinator will promptly deliver a personalised service agreement, typically within hours.
  2. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via phone or email, and our NDIS service coordinator will guide you through providing the necessary details for your customised service agreement.

Once we receive the signed service agreement, our scheduler will diligently work to find a suitable provider at a time that is convenient for you. Typically, the first service is delivered within two weeks.

We aim to make the process as seamless as possible, ensuring that you receive the services you require without any hassle.
